AI in construction and real estate development: automation for real estate developers

We bring AI into the processes of developers, general contractors and design firms: estimates, acceptance certificates, requests, contractor approvals and buyer inquiries. You keep the systems that already work.

How an inquiry or document moves from arrival to being recorded in the system, with AI inside the process.

  1. Document received

    email, 1C, messenger

  2. Data extracted

    AI reads and cross-checks

  3. Routing

    to the right employee

  4. Human review

    disputed cases handled manually

  5. Recorded in the system

    1C, CRM, registry

Construction and real estate development tasks AI handles

  • Estimates, acceptance certificates and contractor invoices

AI extracts data from contractors' estimates and acceptance certificates, checks the totals and passes the result to 1C (a Russian ERP platform). Disputed items go to an employee for review.

  • As-built documentation

Documents for a site are collected from different sources, checked for completeness and structured, without manually cross-checking every sheet.

  • Requests and questionnaires

Contractor requests and questionnaires arrive through different channels. AI extracts the data, checks that the fields are filled in and passes it to the working system.

  • Correspondence and approvals with contractors

An AI agent handles routine questions in correspondence and replies according to company rules. Cases that need a decision go to an employee.

  • Search across project documentation

Employees find the section of a project, a regulation or a technical specification with a single query, with access limited to what each person is allowed to see.

  • Inquiries from buyers and equity holders

An AI agent takes routine inquiries and answers from the company's knowledge base. It passes complex cases to a manager with the context already prepared.

What we implement

  • AI document processing

We extract, check, match and structure data from contracts, invoices, requests and acts, and pass the result to your accounting and work systems. Disputed cases go to a person for review.

  • Enterprise knowledge search

Employees find answers in documents, knowledge bases and internal systems with a single query. Each person sees only what they are allowed to see.

    from $2,300 · prototype from 3 weeks

  • 1C, CRM and API integrations

We build AI into 1C (a Russian ERP platform), CRM, ERP and internal systems through APIs, without replacing the systems that already work.

    from $3,600 · prototype from 4 weeks

  • AI agents and assistants

AI agents take requests from employees and customers, answer from your company's knowledge base, perform routine operations in your systems and pass to a person whatever needs their decision.

How we bring AI into a developer's processes

  1. We review the process

We look at how estimates, acceptance certificates or inquiries are handled now, and whether there is data for the task. That shows whether automation is worth taking on.

  2. We design the solution

We define the architecture, the integration points with 1C and CRM, and what stays with a person at each step of the process.

  3. We build and test

We build the solution on your documents and inquiries, test it on non-standard cases and run it in parallel with current work.

  4. We roll out and support

We connect the solution to your production systems, set up monitoring and stay in touch. The support terms are set in the contract.

  • When AI discovery makes sense

    • Employees manually copy data from contractors' estimates, acceptance certificates and invoices into 1C.
    • Requests and questionnaires arrive by email, messengers and 1C, and need to be brought together in one place.
    • The company has a lot of project documentation and regulations that are hard to find quickly.
    • There are many inquiries from buyers and equity holders, and the scenarios repeat again and again.

Not every task needs AI: sometimes ordinary automation or an off-the-shelf product is enough. We find this out during discovery.

Chats, calls and company structure in a closed environment: iPhone, Android and browser

Employees' messages and calls stay on the company's servers: access rights for "who can talk to whom", encryption of personal data, an admin panel and a familiar messenger interface.

Frequently asked questions

Write to us — we'll look at your situation

How much does AI implementation cost for a real estate developer?

We give a price after discovery. It depends on the volume of documents, the complexity of 1C and CRM integrations and the requirements for the environment. Discovery itself is free.

How long does a project take?

The timeline depends on the state of your systems and how quickly access is provided. We give an exact timeline at discovery. The steps are described in the “From task to launch” section.

Can the solution be deployed inside our infrastructure?

Yes. We can deploy the solution inside your infrastructure or in an agreed cloud. You choose the environment.

How does AI handle the personal data of equity holders?

We design the architecture to meet the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ (the Russian personal data law). We first work out which fields the solution actually needs, and we handle some tasks on anonymized data.

Will an AI agent replace the buyer relations manager?

No. The AI agent takes on routine inquiries and prepares the context. Decisions on complex and disputed cases stay with the manager.
