  • What we do

    SHARK DEV is a technology company. Since 2018, we have built software products — web services and portals, user accounts, mobile apps, corporate systems — and brought AI into work processes: AI agents and assistants, document processing, enterprise knowledge search, and integrations with 1C (a Russian ERP platform), CRM and API.

    We work with companies in Russia and in international markets, online or on the client's site. We start with a free discovery: we look at the process, the data and the infrastructure, and tell you plainly whether you need AI or ordinary automation is enough. Development does not end at release. We stay with the product and keep improving it.

  • How we work

    1. Discovery — 3–5 business days. We study the process, data, infrastructure and constraints. This is also where we decide whether to take the project on.
    2. Design — 1–2 weeks. We define the solution architecture, the integration points, and what a person does and when.
    3. Development — 2–6 weeks. We build the product and connect real data, including the rare cases that break the process.
    4. Testing — 2–4 weeks. We check the solution on real scenarios, alongside current work.
    5. Rollout — 1–3 weeks. We integrate the solution into your working infrastructure and set up monitoring and a rollback procedure.
    6. Support — ongoing. We monitor how the system runs and keep improving it. The support arrangement is set out in the contract.
