How an employee's query travels from question to answer, with access rights applied

Search across sources
documents, databases, systems
Gathering fragments
from several systems at once
Finished answer

What enterprise knowledge search solves
Document search
Finds the right clause in policies, contracts and instructions, with no digging through folders by hand.
Knowledge base search
Answers employee questions based on the company's internal materials.
Internal system search
Builds an answer from several systems at once, even if the data is stored in different places.
Access rights
Shows only the materials the employee can access based on their role.
Runs in your environment
Search is deployed inside the company's infrastructure or in an agreed cloud.
Data from 1C and CRM
We connect the company's business systems to search: 1C (a Russian ERP platform), CRM and others where the integration has been agreed.
How search implementation works
Discovery
We look at which documents and systems to connect, and who has access to what.
Design
We define the search architecture, the model, the hosting environment and role-based access rules.
Deploy and test
We connect the data sources and check answer quality on real employee queries.
Support
We monitor how search performs, connect new sources and adjust access when things change.
When to adopt enterprise search
- Employees spend time looking for the right document across different systems and folders.
- The company has many policies, instructions and knowledge bases that are hard to keep in your head.
- You need to restrict access to some materials by employee role.
- It matters that the solution runs inside your own infrastructure or an agreed cloud.
Not every task needs AI: sometimes ordinary automation or an off-the-shelf product is enough. We find this out during discovery.

Frequently asked questions
Didn't find an answer?
Write to us — we'll look at your situation
Can you deploy search inside our infrastructure?
Yes. The solution is deployed inside the client's infrastructure or in an agreed cloud. You choose the environment at the start of the project.
How are employee access rights handled?
Search shows only the documents and knowledge base sections the employee can access based on their role. Access is separated at the level of the solution's architecture.
Which data sources does search work with?
Documents, knowledge bases and the company's internal systems, including 1C (a Russian ERP platform), CRM and others where the integration has been agreed.
How do you handle personal data in documents?
Before the project starts, we work out which fields the solution actually needs. We build the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ (the Russian personal data law) into the architecture at the design stage. We don't fit a finished solution to them afterward.
How much does it cost and how long does implementation take?
We give the price and timeline after discovery. They depend on the number of sources, the complexity of the integrations and the support mode you choose.
