How the work goes

  1. Discovery

    We study your process and constraints. We give the scope, timeline and estimate after discovery, not before it.

  2. Product design

    We define the structure, the data and the links to your systems. We decide where AI makes sense in the product and where it isn't needed.

  3. Release in stages

    The first working version comes out in stages. You see the product at work instead of waiting for all of it until the very end.

  4. Handover

    The code, documentation and rights are set out in the project terms. The product stays with you.

  • Who development is for

    • You need a product for your process, and off-the-shelf services don't fit or need workarounds.
    • Your data lives in several systems, and the product has to connect them with 1C, your CRM or your website.
    • You need an AI consultant, search or request handling inside the product, not as a separate service.

How much does it cost to develop a software product?

We give the price after discovery. It depends on the scope, the complexity of integrations and the product requirements. Discovery is free, and you keep a written document afterward.

How soon will the first version be ready?

We give the timeline after discovery, once the scope and the state of your systems are clear. The first working version comes out in stages, so you can see and check the product before the project ends.

Who will own the product code?

The product stays with you. The code, documentation and rights are set out in the project terms and the contract before work begins, so nothing has to be renegotiated later.

Can you build AI into the product?

Yes, where it solves the problem. For example, in our portal and online store project, the AI consultant answers in text or by voice and shows matching products. If you don't need AI, we will tell you so directly.

Can the product connect to our systems, such as 1C (a Russian ERP platform)?

Yes. We can connect the product to 1C, Bitrix24 and amoCRM (Russian CRM platforms) and other systems through APIs and integrations. We define which data is passed and in which direction at the design stage.
