en.shark-dev.com is the English version of the SHARK DEV website. 2. What the website is for

The website describes SHARK DEV services — software product development and AI implementation in business processes — and lets you send a request, write to us in Telegram or ask the AI assistant about our services. Using the website is free and needs no registration.

3. Prices, timelines and case studies are for information

Prices and timelines on the website are starting points (“from”). The exact scope, price and timeline are set after discovery and become binding only in a written agreement signed by both parties. Nothing on the website is a public offer.

Case studies describe projects as of the date stated on each page; figures come from the public sources named there.

4. The AI assistant

The assistant is a program that answers from the text of this website. It can make mistakes, and its answers are not an offer, professional advice or a commitment on our part — exact terms are set after discovery. Please do not share personal data in the chat beyond what is needed for your question. How conversations are processed is described in the Privacy policy, section 6.

Sending a request through the form, the assistant or Telegram does not create a contract or any obligation for either party. How we handle the data you send is described in the Privacy policy and the Consent to the processing of personal data.

The texts, images, design and the SHARK DEV name and logo on this website belong to SHARK DEV or to other right holders. You may view the website and quote short fragments with a link to the source page. Any other use requires written permission. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on the website belong to their owners.

The website links to other websites, such as the products in our case studies and Telegram. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of personal data.
