Support and improvement for software products and AI solutions
We monitor your product, fix incidents, and update and improve it, with the same team that built it. We set the scope and mode of support in the contract.

Packages of 10, 20 and 40 hours per month cost $400, $730 and $1,300. The support mode and SLA are set in the contract.
The diagram shows the support cycle: monitoring, incident analysis, fix, update and product improvement.
Monitoring
we watch how the system runs
Incident
we find the cause of the failure
Fix
we restore normal operation
Update
we release fixes and new versions
Improvement
new features and growing load
What support and improvement includes
Monitoring
We track the availability and behavior of your product, so we notice a failure before users report it.
Incident resolution
We find the cause of the failure, restore operation and write up our findings, so the problem does not repeat.
SLA-based support
We put the response procedure and scope of work in the contract. You know in advance what we do and in what mode.
Infrastructure work
We look after the servers, environments and updates your product depends on, in your environment or an agreed cloud.
New features and integrations
We adapt the product when your process changes and connect new systems: 1C (a Russian ERP platform), CRM and external services via API.
Scaling
We prepare the system for growing load and optimize weak spots, so more users do not slow it down.
How the work goes
We set the scope and mode
We define what we support, in what mode and under what rules, and write it into the contract. You choose a monthly hour package.
We take over the product
We study the system, access and infrastructure, then set up monitoring and a procedure for failures.
We support and investigate failures
We monitor operation and fix incidents. After each one, we send a written summary of what happened and what changed.
We improve it for your needs
You can use your monthly hours for updates, new features and integrations. We agree on priorities with you.
Who support and improvement is for
- You run a software product or AI solution, and any downtime immediately affects your employees or customers.
- You launched a product with us and want the same team that built it to keep looking after it.
- Load is growing, your process is changing, and the product needs new features or integrations.
- You want the scope and mode of support written in the contract, not agreed verbally.
Not every task needs AI: sometimes ordinary automation or an off-the-shelf product is enough. We find this out during discovery.

How is support different from improvement?
Support means monitoring, incident resolution and infrastructure work: the product keeps working as intended. Improvement means new features, integrations and scaling: the product changes along with your process.
What is an SLA and why do you need one?
An SLA is a written set of support terms: what we do, in what mode and how we respond to failures. It lets you know what to expect in advance, rather than negotiating during an incident.
How much does support cost?
Support is based on monthly hour packages. Prices are at the top of the page. We choose the right package and response mode after discovery: we look at the product, the load and how fast we need to respond to failures. If a month's hours run out, we agree on work beyond the package separately.
Can our own team keep handling support?
Yes. There are two modes. Your team runs the solution and we stay available within the scope of the contract, or we take over support and improvement. Choose the mode before launch, not after the first failure.
Do you work inside our infrastructure?
Yes. We work in your environment or an agreed cloud, with separated roles and only the access rights we need. If the system holds personal data, we follow the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ (the Russian personal data law).
