Consent to the processing of personal data

By ticking the box “I consent…” in the request form on en.shark-dev.com, the English version of the SHARK DEV website, I freely give my specific, informed and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms set out below.

1. To whom I give my consent

To the controller of personal data — FINDCAR LLC, a company registered in Georgia, which represents SHARK DEV outside Russia: Identification Code 405864685, registered address: 15 Tskneti I Dead End, Tbilisi, Georgia. Telegram: @FINDCAR_support_bot, phone +374 91 539507.

2. Which data

• my name or another form of address I give in the form;
• the contact for the reply — a phone number or an email address;
• the company name — if I give it;
• the task description — if I fill it in;
• the budget range I choose — if I choose one;
• the address of the page the request was sent from, the time it was completed and the IP address it was sent from.

The request is sent to the controller’s server outside the Russian Federation, recorded there and sent in full by the controller’s bot to the working group of FINDCAR LLC in Telegram, where the employees who handle requests read it; it is not sent by email (section 6 of the Privacy policy).

If the request was put together by the AI assistant on the website, it is sent the same way after I click “Send to the team” in the request card; the text of the conversation with the assistant is processed on the terms of section 6 of the Privacy policy, including its transfer to the United States.

3. For what purpose

To respond to my inquiry: to contact me using the contact I left, understand the task and reply. The data is not used for mailings, advertising or sale.

4. What the controller may do with the data

Collect, record, organise, store, update, use, transfer to service providers acting on the controller’s instructions and bound to keep the data confidential, anonymise, restrict, erase and destroy it, both with and without automated means.

5. Validity and withdrawal

This consent is valid until the purpose of processing is achieved or until I withdraw it. I may withdraw it at any time through the controller’s Telegram bot, by phone or by a letter to the controller’s address in section 1. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it; after it, processing stops and the record of my request on the server and the message with it in the Telegram group are deleted.

6. Voluntary consent

Filling in the form is optional: I can write or call directly without leaving anything in it. The consent box is not ticked in advance, and the request cannot be sent without it.
