What 1C, CRM and API integrations solve
Data exchange between systems
We set up data exchange between 1C, CRM, ERP and other systems, so nobody has to move information by hand.
Workflows and routing
We build workflows for handling requests and tasks: data goes to the right employee in their own working system.
AI inside 1C and CRM
We add classification, data extraction and AI assistants inside the 1C and CRM interfaces your team already uses.
Error control
We track failures in data exchange and set up alerts, so discrepancies don't go unnoticed.
APIs for internal systems
We develop and connect APIs where systems need to exchange data directly, without manual transfer.
A single working environment
We deliver the result where the assignee expects it — in CRM, 1C or another system, not in a separate window.
How integration works
Discovery
We study the process, the data and the systems involved, and define the part to integrate.
Design
We define the solution architecture: integration points, the data exchange format, and how it works with 1C, CRM and other systems.
Development and testing
We build the integration, connect real data and test the scenarios, including rare and non-standard cases.
Launch and support
We move the solution into production, set up monitoring and stay in touch while the process changes.
When you need a 1C, CRM or API integration
- Requests and data come in from different channels, and employees copy them into CRM or 1C by hand.
- Several systems work separately, and information is not synced between them automatically.
- You already have an AI solution or need one, but the result must appear in your usual working system, not in a separate window.
- Your process is changing, and existing integrations need to be updated or connected to new systems.
Not every task needs AI: sometimes ordinary automation or an off-the-shelf product is enough. We find this out during discovery.

Write to us — we'll look at your situation
How much does a 1C or CRM integration cost?
We give the price after discovery. It depends on the number of systems, the complexity of the data exchange and the environment requirements. Ongoing infrastructure costs and model calls are priced separately.
How long does it take to connect an API?
It depends on how many systems we need to connect and what state their access is in. We give an exact timeline at discovery, once the scope of work is clear.
Can the integration be hosted inside our infrastructure?
Yes. We can deploy the solution inside your infrastructure or in an agreed cloud. The choice of environment is yours.
What happens to the integration code after the project ends?
Rights to the code, configurations and data exchange settings are set out in the contract before work begins.
How is personal data handled when systems exchange it?
Before work starts, we review which fields the integration actually needs. Some tasks can be solved without personal data. We build the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ (the Russian personal data law) into the design, rather than fitting a finished exchange scheme to them.
